To provide an alarm display control apparatus for a vehicle which can make a driver quickly return his/her line of vision when needing to prompt the return of the line of vision after the line of vision is moved to an alarm display carried out by an alarm display apparatus.
An alarm processor ECU6 determines whether or not to generate an alarm based on track information which is transmitted from a track recognizer ECU2 and vehicle behaviour information which is transmitted from a vehicle behavior sensor 5. Here, when the alarm is generated, driving target point deviation amount is calculated and allowance time for display visual recognition is derived based on the driving target point deviation amount. The alarm processor ECU6 blinks an alarm lamp as a first level alarm until the allowance time for the display visual recognition is passed. Furthermore, after the allowance time for display visual recognition is passed, the alarm lamp is lit as a second level alarm.
