Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic sorting apparatus for a crushed plastic material that is simple and low in cost with a high sorting accuracy.SOLUTION: The electrostatic sorting apparatus is provided with a conveying path 6 for connecting a blower and heater with a supply route 5 of a feeder, respectively, for conveying the plastic. The apparatus also includes: a charging unit for charging the plastic during conveyance thereof; an electrostatic separator for classifying the plastic according to types; and a plurality of recovery containers arranged under the electrostatic separator. The accuracy of sorting is improved by arranging a plastic feed rate reducer, a feeding position regulator, or the like, to an electrode.
