Abstract:
To provide heating device capable of uniformly heating a workpiece in a short period of time.
The heating device 1 is used for heating a plate-like workpiece 9, and includes a heating plate 2 on which the workpiece 9 is placed; a heater 3 to input heat to this heating plate 2; and a hot blast generation device 4 for blowing hot blast to the top surface of the workpiece 9 placed on the heating plate 2. In this heating device 1, a placing surface 21 of the heating plate 2 in contact with the workpiece 9 is curved, and the center part of the heating plate 2 is higher than the end sides of the heating plate.
