In a dictionary memory 210, Japanese word is stored in association with a language level of the word in Japanese, a part of speech of the word in Japanese, a group number specifying meaning of the word in Japanese, an English word corresponding to the word, a language level of the English word in English, a part of speech of the English word in English, a group number of the English word in English, a Chinese word corresponding to the word, a language level of the Chinese word in Chinese, a part of speech of the Chinese word in Chinese, and a group number of the Chinese word in Chinese. In the electronic apparatus, language of the word to be used is selected by a part of speech according to language levels of the respective languages of a user.
