Abstract:
To provide a data transmission and reception apparatus that can add and link input data to/with an MAC frame according to the input status of the input data when generating the MAC frame.
When generating an MAC frame, the data transmission and reception apparatus controls the addition of an addition linkage flag to an MAC header and the addition of a linkage terminal flag to the end of the linked input data. In addition, the MAC frame reception side refers to the addition linkage flag and the linkage terminal flag so as to control the separation of the linked input data.
