Abstract:
To obtain an volatile binder composition that has viscosity for making a film exhibit flexibility so as not to cause film defects such as crater and/or pinhole on a conductor, a dielectric or a phosphor layer, is safely and simply treated, is volatile at a low temperature and is useful for a conductive, a dielectric or a fluorescent coating.
The volatile binder composition comprises a 10-16C crosslinked bicyclic hydrocarbon compound or its derivative.
