A first light incident surface 2, a second light incident surface 3, a third light incident surface 4, a fourth light incident surface 5 and a fourth light exit surface 12 are disposed on the side covering a light source P, and a first light reflection surface 7, a second light reflection surface 8, a first light exit surface 9, a second light exit surface 10 and a third light exit surface 11 are disposed on the side opposite to the side. A light beam L1 emitted from the light source P is emitted to the outside via the first light incident surface 2, the first light reflection surface 7 and the first light exit surface 9. A light beam L2 is emitted to the outside via the second light incident surface 3, the fourth light exit surface 12, an air layer 15, the fourth light incident surface 5, the second light reflection surface 8 and the second light exit surface 10. A light beam L3 is emitted to the outside via the third light incident surface 4 and the third light exit surface 11.
