To provide a resin seal sheet which excludes adverse effect on other members such as a solar cell due to an organic peroxide inducing crosslink reaction or decomposition thereof while maintaining features of conventional resin seal sheets such as transparency, adhesive property, and creep resistance, accelerates the process by excluding a conventional crosslink process which is difficult in the prior arts, surely seals a rugged portion in the thickness of a glass for a solar cell, wiring and a power generation cell or the like with clearance, and can exhibit recycling property capable of peeling and separating a glass, a silicone cell or the like in disposal.
The resin seal sheet is a resin seal sheet which is adhered by softening a resin, at least one surface layer of layers constituting the resin sheet is in a crosslinked state, and at least one layer of inner layers is uncrosslinked yet.
