Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a boar meat product, which promotes the edible use of boar meat.SOLUTION: A basil 7 is immersed in water and then the water content is squeezed out. The basil 7 is disposed on a boar meat 5 having slits 6, which is bloated (smoked) for about 10 to 15 minutes. The boar meat 5 is then seasoned with a seasoning including a citrus juice such as mandarin orange and a soy sauce with a blending ratio of 7:3.
