Abstract:

To provide a method for surely dezincifying a zinc-containing dust without needing pretreatment, when obtaining a sintered ore by using the zinc-containing dust and a sintering raw material.

This dust-sintering method comprises: a first step of supplying a bedding ore into a pallet 11 to form a bedding ore layer 31 with a predetermined thickness (figure (A)); a second step of supplying the zinc-containing dust into the central area of the pallet 11 except the vicinity of sidewalls 41A and 41B on the bedding ore layer 31 to form a dust layer 32 with a predetermined thickness (figure (B)); a third step of supplying the sintering raw material to the dust layer 32 in the pallet 11 to form a sintering raw material layer 33 with a predetermined thickness (figure (C)); and a fourth step of moving the pallet 11, sucking air from the upper side of the sintering material layer 33 to the lower side of the bedding ore layer 31 while moving the pallet, and sequentially heating each layer by burning solid fuel in the sintering raw material.
