The continuous heating furnace sequentially heats the heated objects 1 by burning heating devices 20 provided in the plurality of combustion zones 10a-10d, and uses a first heat storage type burner and a second heat storage type burner in at least one combustion zone, wherein the first heat storage type burner leads, to a combustion part on the furnace 10 side, combustion air from an air lead-in part through a heat storage part for storing the heat of combustion exhaust gas, and fuel through a first fuel supply nozzle, and the second heat storage type burner burns, in the furnace, combustion air supplied from an air supply part through a heat storage part for storing the heat of combustion exhaust gas, and fuel led from a second fuel supply nozzle provided on the outer peripheral side of the air supply part.
