The information communication system is provided with: an information processor equipped with a first storage means for storing location information showing the location of one or more content storage node devices which store content stored in a plurality of node devices, and first information showing the extent that content can be uploaded as an information communication system by the content storage node device whose location is indicated by the location information in association; and a node device equipped with a first acquisition means for acquiring the content from the content storage node device allowed to upload a predetermined or more amount of data out of the content storage node devices, based on the first information stored in the first storage means.
