A main terminal 1 includes an input part 5 for receiving a remote operation from a remote terminal 3 located at a remote place via a network. The input part 5 has: an initial authentication information storing part 13 for registering contact place information of the remote terminal 3 as initial authentication information; an initial authentication confirming part 12 for allowing access from the remote terminal 3 with reference to the initial authentication information; a management authority storing part 15 for storing a manager password set after the access of the remote terminal 3; and a manager authority authenticating part 14 for using the manager password to authenticate the remote operation of the remote terminal 3.
