Abstract:

Fastening element has mainly a flat first element part (1) for indirect fastening of the airbag to the vehicle body, and mainly a bow-shaped second element part (2) arranged over it for retaining the airbag between he two element parts. The first and second element part forms the open and the close end of fastening element and primarily in one of the two element part holding means (31) is formed. The fastening part can be pre-mounted at the airbag.
