To provide a vehicle with a wind power generation mechanism, having excellent energy utilization efficiency, by devising a vehicular wind power generation mechanism purposely and efficiently utilizing vehicle traveling wind and incorporating the vehicular wind power generation mechanism in a vehicle body.
This vehicle with the wind power generation mechanism includes: the vehicle body; and the wind power generation mechanism incorporated in the vehicle body. The wind power generation mechanism is provided with: power generation wind passages 9 formed with traveling wind inlet ports 2 taking in vehicle traveling wind and route discharge openings 4 discharging traveling wind 5 taken in from the traveling wind inlet ports 2 to the outside of the vehicle; wind mills 14 arranged in the power generation wind passages and rotated by receiving traveling wind taken in from the traveling wind inlet ports 2; wind power generators 15 generating electric power by utilizing rotational force of the wind mills; storage batteries storing electric power generated by the wind power generators; traveling wind relief holes 11 composed of openings formed in the wall surfaces of the power generation wind passages positioned windward of the wind mills; and wind passages changing/regulating plates 16 provided in the power generation wind passages and leading a part of vehicle traveling wind or the whole vehicle traveling wind taken in from the traveling wind inlet ports 2 to the traveling wind relief holes 11.
