Abstract:
To provide a method for expressing a recombinant product gene in a CHO established cell line; and to provide a recombinant CHO host cell and a new expression vector construct.
A method for expressing a recombinant protein in a CHO cell by using an expression vector including an IgG2A mouse gene locus is provided. The CHO cell is obtained by transfecting an expression vector active in the CHO cell and containing a promotor for regulating the expression of a recombinant product protein, and further contains a part derived from IgG2A mouse gene locus DNA as the part for enhancing the activity of the promotor.
