Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening device capable of enhancing workability at fastening work or the like by preventing a fastening member from dropping out of a component while sufficiently securing the flexibility of movement in a radial direction of the fastening member.SOLUTION: A screw device 1 is composed of a cylindrical retainer 5 keeping a clinching fastener 10 at a tip and an outwardly-directed flange 12 at a base end side, a screw member 6 keeping a male screw 21 at a tip side of a shaft 20 loosely penetrating an inner space 11 of the retainer 5 and a head 22 abutting on a base end surface of the retainer 5 at the base end side of the shaft 20; and a cylindrical knob 7 including an inwardly-directed flange 30 having a base end connected with the head 22 and engaged with a tip side of the outwardly-directed flange 12 at the tip side of the inner peripheral surface and having the base end side of the retainer 5 loosely penetrating an inner space 33.
