To provide a valve device displacing a valve element smoothly even under a low temperature environment.

The valve device has: a primary chamber body 110 with a primary chamber 110a to which fluid is introduced; a secondary chamber body 120 with a secondary chamber 120a from which the fluid is drawn; and a valve element 130 which makes the primary chamber 110a and the secondary chamber 120a communicate or intercept with or from each other, and also is provided with: an introducing channel 111 introducing the fluid to the primary chamber 110a; and an orifice 113 arranged in the introducing channel 111. The introducing channel 111 is connected to a bottom wall 112 of the first chamber body 110 forming the first chamber 110a with the orifice 113 located below the bottom wall 112.
