The rate of yielding a saturated sodium fluoride solution can be improved. A power saturator is provided which is characterized by comprising: a stirring tank (3) which accepts water and dry sodium fluoride upon the continuous feeding of these and in which the water and dry sodium fluoride are stirred by the stirring movement of a main stirring blade (45) and bottom stirring blades (59); a circulation tank (67), a preliminary settling tank (69), and a settling tank (71) which receive a solution including a supersaturated sodium fluoride solution from the stirring tank (3) through a transfer opening (35) located in a middle part and which settle undissolved sodium fluoride; and a circulating connection part (39) through which an unsaturated solution is circulated from a separation tank (5) to the stirring tank (3). It is further characterized by having: a bottom return opening (7) which is disposed in a bottom part ranging from the stirring tank (3) to the circulation tank (67), preliminary settling tank (69), and settling tank (71) and which is for returning the undissolved sodium fluoride which has been settled to a bottom-side part in the stirring tank (3); and a recovery opening (9) through which a supernatant in the settling tank (71) is continuously recovered.
