To provide a portable terminal having a communication board arranged close to charging terminals, which prevents the communication board from being affected by noise from the charging terminals, without enlarging the communication board.

The portable terminal 1 includes a battery 17 stored close to the rear of a case 2, and the charging terminals (first charging terminal 50, second charging terminal 60) and the communication board 40 are disposed close to the rear end of the case 2. Each of the charging terminals includes exposed parts (first exposed part 51, second exposed part 61) exposed to the outside from a wall part 2a of the case 2 at one longitudinal end, and extensions (first extension 53, second extension 63) connected to the exposed parts and extending horizontally linearly. The extensions are disposed below a rear area AR of the communication board 40 and extend to a position at the side of the communication board 40 where they do not vertically overlap the communication board.
