In the management system 1, operation schedule data and date data are distributed to the mobile terminal by a distribution means disposed in the host computer 2. Meanwhile, the mobile terminal 10 registers not only the distributed operation schedule data but also the event as an operation target event where the operation date latest at least to the current date is set in the operation schedule data, and the operation target event is carried out, when the date data at the terminal side becomes the operation date of the operation target event. Furthermore, the mobile terminal 10 includes a date adjustment means for adjusting a clock means, based on the host side date data received from the host computer 2.
