The information provision apparatus comprises: a position information acquisition means which acquires position information of position in proximity with a detection object on a screen of a display device; a display switching processing means which switches the display of the display device on the basis of the position information which is acquired in the position information acquisition means; and a writing processing means which writes information into IC tag when the detection object in proximity on the screen of the display device is the IC tag based on the transition conditions at the time when the display of the display device is switched in the display switching processing means.
