To make to efficiently perform the separation-recovering of carbon-dioxide and the reusing of energy in blast furnace gas.
The blast furnace gas taken out from the blast furnace is introduced into an absorbing tower and the carbon-dioxide in the blast furnace gas is absorbed into absorbing solution in the above absorbing tower and a part of the blast furnace gas which removes the carbon-dioxide is introduced into an expansion-turbine, and after reducing the pressure, this gas is stored in a gas-holder and used as fuel for heating in an iron-making process, and a part of the other part in the blast furnace gas which removes the carbon-dioxide is introduced into a blast furnace gas compressor which drives with the above expansion-turbine, and after raising the pressure, this gas is introduced and used as fuel which performs the generation of power by burning under high pressure state. The absorbed solution which absorbs the carbon-dioxide in the absorbing tower is heated with the exhaust-heat of a gas-turbine power-generator, and the heated absorbed solution is introduced into a regenerating tower and the carbon-dioxide is removed from the above absorbed solution in the regeneration tower and the absorbed solution which removes the carbon-dioxide is circulated into the above absorbing tower.
