Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoated aluminum sheet excellent in mold releasability and scratch resistance as an intermediate sheet used for a printed board.SOLUTION: The precoated aluminum sheet 10 is made by covering a surface of an aluminum sheet 1 with a 0.2-7 μm thick hard film 2, and the hard film 2 is composed of a resin with 1-25% of F and 1-50% of Si based on the sum of the mass of the elements Si, F, C, O and N, and is made by applying coating containing Si and F on the aluminum sheet 1 and baking the same at 210-280°C.
