The information communication system includes a plurality of node devices, and an information processor for determining priority of each reproduction position of a content. The node device includes: a transmission means to transmit, to the information processor, operation history information indicative of history of operation at a reproduction position of a content; a reception means to receive a content request; a first acquisition means to acquire priority determined by the information processor; and a second acquisition means to acquire, from another device, partial contents corresponding to respective reproduction positions of the requested content in the descending order of priority determined by the information processor when the content request is received by the reception means. The information processor includes a reception means to receive the operation history information from the node device, and a determination means to determine priority based on the operation history information received by the reception means.
