A cushion rubber 40 is provided between the carcass 10 and the crown protective layer 20 along an inner circumference of the crown protective layer 20, and the cushion rubber 40 is formed of two layers of a lower side rubber layer 41 positioned on the carcass side and an upper side rubber layer 42 positioned on the crown protective layer 20 side. 300% modules of the upper side rubber layer 42 is lower than 300% modules of the lower side rubber layer 41, and the breaking elongation of the upper side rubber layer is larger than breaking elongation of the lower side rubber layer 41.
