Abstract:

To provide a film that is enhanced in high-speed cutting properties and adhesion between paper and the film when a package is manufactured.

The film to be attached to a package window comprises a polylactic acid film mainly composed of a polylactic acid resin and, formed at least on one surface thereof, an antistatic agent layer having a surface specific resistivity of at most 1011Ω/SQUARE and has a wet tension of 37-45 mN/m for the surface brought into contact with a base material of the package.
