An information display device 10 includes: a display control part 104 for displaying a balloon-shaped image configured of a sending origin region showing the sending origin of a conversation and a conversation display region showing the sending destination of a conversation and the content of a conversation by superimposing it on a video including an image showing a plurality of users; and an acquisition part 102 for acquiring the start point information of the sending origin region and the reference point information of the conversation display region and conversation information displayed in the conversation display region. The display control part 104 defines the start point information of the sending origin region obtained by the acquisition part 102 as the start point of the sending origin region, and defines the reference point information of the conversation display region as the reference point of the conversation display region, and displays the balloon-shaped image in which the conversation information is displayed in the conversation display region by superimposing it on the video.
