Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress troubles such as partial wear or seizure generated on a sliding member to maintain stable slidability.SOLUTION: In a sliding surface structure of a variable capacity type swash plate axial piston pump, a sliding surface of a shoe 1 and a sliding surface of a smooth plate 19 of a swash plate are arranged so as to be relatively slid. The sliding surface of the shoe 1 is made of a plurality of materials, and has a composite material film 26 including a thermoplastic resin 25. The sliding surface of the smooth plate 19 of the swash plate has a fine irregular surface 27 made of a harder material than the composite material film 26. The sliding surface of the shoe 1 and the sliding surface of the smooth plate 19 of the swash plate are relatively slid, so that the fine irregular surface 27 has a slidable film 28 formed by transfer of part of the composite material film 26 of the shoe 1.
