Abstract:
This invention provides a process for producing a natural product having stable quality with high recovery. There is also provided a method for concentration-crystallizing a natural product, characterized by comprising continuously measuring the electric conductivity of a liquid to be concentrated, computing an integrated value of the electric conductivity and supply flow rate and stopping the concentration when the integrated value has reached a predetermined value.
