PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge carbonated water with high dissolved concentration of carbonic acid, with respect to a carbonated water discharge device provided with a carbonated water discharge unit which generates carbonated water by mixing carbon dioxide gas to supplied water and discharges the carbonated water.SOLUTION: A carbonated water shower unit 10 includes: a shower hose 2 through a base end of which water is supplied thereto; a gas hose 3 inserted into the shower hose 2, through a base end of which carbon dioxide gas is supplied thereto; and a shower head 1 provided at a tip of the shower hose 2; and an aspirator nozzle 4 provided at a tip of the gas hose 3 within the shower hose 2. The carbon dioxide gas supplied into the gas hose 3 is blown into the supplied water within the shower hose 2 through the aspirator nozzle 4, whereby the carbon dioxide gas is mixed to the supplied water to generate carbonated water, and the carbonated water is released through an outlet 1a of the shower head 1. The aspirator nozzle 4 is located in the vicinity of the shower head 1, and has a plurality of jetting ports 4c for blowing the carbon dioxide gas. A coil spring 5 for stirring the supplied water with the carbon dioxide gas within the shower hose 2 and a minute bubble generator 6 are provided between the aspirator nozzle 4 and the shower head 1.
