Title:
太陽電池用光散乱膜とそれを用いた太陽電池
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP5359672
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

To provide a light scattering film for a solar cell having a high light utilization and improving a light-utilization dependency by an angle of incidence and the solar cell using the light scattering film.

The light scattering film for the solar cell has at least two layers of light scattering layers containing scatterers in matrices. In the light scattering film for the solar cell, (1) the film surface of a first light scattering layer on the solar-light incident side is flattened, and (2) a total light transmittance on the first light scattering layer of a light incident from the normal direction to the film surface is 70% or greater in the first light scattering layer. In the light scattering film for the solar cell, (3) the total light transmittance on a second light scattering layer of the light incident from the normal direction to the film surface is 60% or less in the second light scattering layer installed on the far side from the solar-light incident side to the first light scattering layer, and (4) the total light transmittance on the light scattering layer to the light incident at an angle of 45° to the normal of the film surface of the first and second light scattering layers satisfies a specified relational expression.
