Abstract:
To provide an image correction apparatus which can be applied to a common zoom lens and can be easily operated.
The image correction apparatus 4 includes: a correction coefficient calculation means 41 for calculating a correction coefficient θ and correction coefficients a1to c3by a function obtained by modeling lens distortion of the common zoom lens according to a zooming value from a color image and an infrared image obtained by photographing a pattern so that the sum of feature point distances l expressed by formula (5) is minimized; a storage means 42 for storing the correction coefficient θ and the correction coefficients a1to c3; a correction means 43 for finding out positional relation between a color image and an infrared image obtained by photographing an object Ob by using the correction coefficients a1to c3and the correction coefficient θ; and a delay means 44 for delaying the color image only by correction processing time and outputting the delayed color image.
