To provide a power tool with a motor fitting a large coil bundle to a small stator reducing the number of divisions.
The motor has a rotor arranged in the stator 3A fitting a coil section. In the motor, the stator 3A is composed of a frame body combining first and second stator cores 4 and 4, the first stator core 4 is composed of a yoke section 41 on the frame-body peripheral end side and a magnetic pole section 42 on the other end side, and the yoke section 41 has a joining section 41A joined with the second stator core 4 on one end side. In the motor, the magnetic pole section 42 has a base section 42A with a section to be joined 43 joined with the second stator core 4 and first and second arm sections 44A and 44B spread from the base section 42A. In the motor, a first slot 44a is formed of the first arm section 44A and the yoke section 41, a second slot 44b is formed of the second arm section 44B and the yoke section 41 of the second stator core 4, and a coil section is arranged astride the insides of the first and second slots 44a and 44b. The power tool with such a motor is provided.
