Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an imaging apparatus and its program capable of judging whether to perform an exposure control where a detected face area is weighted.SOLUTION: Integral average values R2, G2, B2 and a luminance integral average value Y2 of each color component with a prescribed area weighted are calculated (S52, 53). Then, when it is judged that a face is detected (Y in S55), integral average values R1, G1, B1 and a luminance integral average value Y1 of each color component with the area on the basis of the detected face weighted are calculated (S56, S57). In the case where Y1 is larger than Y2, the one which has the highest level among the integral average values R1, G1, B1, and Y1 with the area on the basis of the detected face weighted is made to be an integral average value S for evaluation (S59). In the case where Y1 is not larger than Y2, the one which has the highest level among the integral average values R2, G2, B2, and Y2 with the prescribed area weighted is made to be an integral average value S for evaluation (S60). Then, an exposure control is performed on the basis of the integral average value S for evaluation (S9-S11, S19 in FIG. 2).
