Abstract:
The architecture has power distribution members (150, 250) for distributing power to respective electromechanical actuators (105, 106, 108, 205, 206, 208) connected to the architecture, where the architecture receives power from power supply buses (PW1, PW2) i.e. three-phase alternating current networks, of an aircraft. Controllable variable direct current voltage networks (500) are interposed between the buses and the power distribution members. The direct current voltage networks include an electrical isolation unit for isolating the buses from the powered actuators.
