Title:
撮像装置
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP5409317
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
The invention provides a camera device, capable of shortening a time lag of a static image shooting from a real-time viewing state and reducing unevenness of exposure. The cameral device comprises a CMOS sensor (15) provided with a shooting face assembled with pixel, a front curtain (14f) which backs off to one end side of the shooting face under a non-shading state when being charged, moves to the other end side of the shooting face from the charging state, and backs off again in a non-shading state from the other end side after being moved, A front curtain electronic shutter (esf) which conducts a reset on the pixel shielded from light in a manner of linking with the movement of the front curtain (14f), and a rear curtain (14r) which backs off to one end side of the shooting face under a non-shading state when being charged, moves in the same direction as the front curtain (14f) from the charging state, and achieves a shading state after being moved. The time lag is the time counted from the beginning of the exposure realized by the front curtain (14f) to the ending of the exposure realized by the rear curtain (14r).
