Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device or the like capable of allowing a user to actually feel the sensation of falling.SOLUTION: The input device comprises: reception means 111 for receiving input for a moving operation by a user; analysis means 112 for analyzing contents of the moving operation on the basis of the input; movement control means 113 for moving an operation object on the basis of analysis; determination means 114 for determining whether or not the operation object approaches a step and a distance from a spot turned to the step to the operation object is smaller than a prescribed value; and control means 115 for making the input device generate repulsive force in a direction roughly opposite to the direction of the moving operation of the operation object between the position of the operation object when it is determined that the distance has become smaller than the prescribed value and the operation object is to be moved in a direction with the step and a spot to start falling of the operation object, releasing or reducing the repulsive force between a falling start spot and an end spot, and making the input device generate the repulsive force when falling is ended.
