To reduce generation of difference in states of reset release between a first photoelectric conversion means and a second photoelectric conversion means in a pixel unit in which an electric charge voltage conversion means is shared by the first photoelectric conversion means and the second photoelectric conversion means.
This imaging sensor is provided with: pixel unit arrangement in which a plurality of pixel units are two-dimensionally arranged; and a vertical scanning means for scanning the pixel unit arrangement per row, wherein each of the plurality of pixel units includes: the first photoelectric conversion means; the second photoelectric conversion means which is arranged adjacent to the first photoelectric conversion means; the electric charge voltage conversion means for converting electric charges of the first photoelectric conversion means and the second photoelectric conversion means into voltage, respectively; and a resetting means for resetting the first photoelectric conversion means and the second photoelectric conversion means, wherein the vertical scanning means simultaneously completes a reset operation of the first photoelectric conversion means and a reset operation of the second photoelectric conversion means by the resetting means.
