Abstract:
To prevent an amount of stored energy of an onboard battery from becoming extremely a small amount by utilizing charging and discharging between a plurality of vehicles.
The amount of stored energy of a plurality of onboard batteries A, B, C, D... is obtained through an information communication network. Based on the amount of stored energy of the onboard batteries that has been obtained, a dischargeable battery which allows discharging is discriminated from a charging-required battery which is to be charged. By discharging from the dischargeable battery within a dischargeable range, charging is made on the charging-required battery.
