To provide a continuous kneader which shows the increased torsional rigidity and torsional vibrational intrinsic value of a kneading rotor between a drive part and a kneading segment.
The continuous kneader 1 comprises a barrel 6 with an internal cavity, a kneading rotor 2 which is inserted in the barrel 6 and includes a kneading part 4 for kneading a material installed halfway through the kneading rotor 2 in the axial direction and the drive part 5 for rotating the kneading rotor 2. In addition, the continuous kneader is characterized in that at least three radial bearings 3 for supporting the kneading rotor 2 rotatably are installed in the axial direction. In order to make a distance between the kneading part 4 and the drive part 5 short, at least one piece of the radial bearing 3 of the total three is arranged at the drive part side rather than the kneading part 4, and also, the rest of the radial bearings 3 are arranged at the counter drive part side rather than the kneading part 4.
