To provide a cable guide device capable of holding various kinds of cables, being mounted on a frame, etc. without taking much labor and time, and minimizing disconnecting of the cables.

This cable guide device 1 includes a cable holding member 11 disposed at an attitude surrounding an insertion hole 12 for inserting the cable 3 therein from the surrounding and having both end parts fixed to the frame such as a main pipe 2, and a cable auxiliary holding member 14 attachable/detachable to/from the cable holding member 11 and forming an insertion space 13 for inserting the cable 3 between the cable auxiliary holding member 14 and the cable holding member 11 when mounted. As a result, the disconnecting of the cable 3 (3A) capable of being inserted into the insertion hole 12 of a brake cable, etc. can be surely prevented, and at the same time, also the cable 3 (3B) which can't be inserted into the insertion hole 12 can be excellently held in a state fitted along the main pipe 2.
