Abstract:
To provide an image display apparatus capable of effectively suppressing changes in characteristics of a light-emitting device.
The image display apparatus includes a light-emitting device formed on a device substrate 2, a sealing substrate 8 arranged on the light-emitting device via a sealing member 10 composed of a first polar material to face the device substrate 2, and a polar body that is formed on a region between the device substrate 2 and the sealing substrate 8 that does not overlap the light-emitting device to contact at least part of the sealing member 10 and has a surface composed of a second polar material different from the first polar material.
