Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a test by grasping a route (system) of a communication path in operation in a packet communication network having redundant packet communication paths, and acquiring accurate hop number of a node on the grasped route.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: hop number storage means for storing hop number of each node on a communication path for each system of the communication path; system information storage means for storing system information showing the system of the communication path; communication path switching detection means for detecting switching of the system of the communication path by receiving a communication path switching signal from a predetermined node on the communication path, and storing the system information after being switched to the system information storage means; and test function means for acquiring the hop number of a specific node on the communication path corresponding to the system stored by the system information storage means from the hop number storage means, and using the hop number in order to perform a test specifying the specific node on the communication path.
