Abstract:

To avoid date and disturbance data being associated with each other.

A disturbance device 10 receives input of data constituted of a plurality of items and containing a data value that is one of the plurality of values respectively associated with the plurality of items and, on the basis of a prescribed probability, replaces the data value contained in the received data with any one of the plurality of values as a disturbance value. The data value contained in the received data is replaced with the disturbance value on the basis of the probability for disturbance which shows the value indicating the reciprocal of the probability of associating the data with the disturbance data containing the disturbance value obtained by replacing the data value contained in the data and which is calculated by using a formula containing a first maintenance probability ρkthat is the probability of not replacing the data value with the disturbance value.
