Abstract:
To provide an alternating current impedance measuring system greatly reducing the effect of gradient components included in voltage data to an impedance calculation and performing a highly accurate impedance measurement.
The alternating current impedance measuring system composed to calculate the impedance of an object to be measured based on the data of voltage and current, at least one of which contains gradient, is characterized in that a calculation processing unit is provided, which reduces the calculation error of the impedance caused by the gradient component for at least any one of the current data, the voltage data and the impedance calculated based thereon.
