PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CAD data conversion system and a program for generating three-dimensional CAD data from the two-dimensional CAD data of the plane view, longitudinal section view and cross-sectional view of a road or river, and for easily grasping the three-dimensional shape of the road or the like without requiring any skill.SOLUTION: A CAD data conversion system including data generation means 14 for generating CAD data on the basis of the two-dimensional CAD data of the plane view, longitudinal section view and cross-sectional view of a road or the like includes: plane view information processing means 22 for acquiring the scale of the plane view, and for acquiring the information of a reference point relating to the plane view; longitudinal section view information processing means 23 for acquiring the scale of the longitudinal section view, and for acquiring the height information of an object; and cross-sectional view information processing means 24 for acquiring the information of the cross-sectional shape of the object at each acquired reference point. The data generation means 14 converts the three two-dimensional CAD data into three-dimensional CAD data in which the three-dimensional information of the object is included.
