Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify an operator by whom operation/maintenance work of a plant has been performed, and to prevent alteration and leakage of operation/maintenance records.SOLUTION: A plant operation/maintenance terminal includes: an operation/maintenance tool 21 for performing the operation/maintenance work of a plant; a public key set generation tool 24 for generating a manager public key 221, a manager secret key 220, an operator public key 223, and an operator secret key 222; a key keeping area 212 for keeping the manager public key 221 and the operator secret key 222; and a record keeping area 211 for signing the operation/maintenance record of the plant performed by an operator using the operation/maintenance tool 21 by the operator secret key 222, encrypting it by the manager public key 221, and keeping it. A system manager decrypts the operation/maintenance record kept in the record keeping area 211 by the manager secret key 220 and signs and verifies it by the operator public key 223.
