Title:
冷凍装置
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP5484889
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A freezing apparatus is provided to appropriately maintain the quantity of circulating refrigerant in a refrigerant circuit to prevent an overload operation of a compressor caused by an abnormal high pressure state. CONSTITUTION: A freezing apparatus includes a refrigerant circuit composed of a compressor, a gas cooler, a fastener, and an evaporator, a refrigerant quantity adjustment tank(100), a second connecting circuit, a third connecting circuit, a first switch, a second switch, a third switch, and a controller. The refrigerant quantity adjustment tank is connected to a high pressure side of the refrigerant circuit through a first connecting circuit. The second connecting circuit connects the top of the refrigerant quantity adjustment tank and a middle pressure region of the refrigerant circuit. The third connecting circuit connects the bottom of the refrigerant quantity adjustment tank and a middle pressure region of the refrigerant circuit. The first switch has a fastening function. The second switch is provided to the second connecting circuit. The third switch is provided to the third connecting circuit. The controller controls the switches to collect circulating refrigerant to the refrigerant quantity adjustment tank and discharges the refrigerant to the refrigerant circuit.
