Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an evaluation standard for creating a three dimensional biological data model by means of medical image data to therby have a local threshold in target domain extraction, and to thereby determine the remarkable point is an object or not by approaching an actual biological feature distribution.SOLUTION: In a second process, a threshold is determined from internal instruction data composed of a median value of an extracted object data set and a median value of non-extracted object data set in an extracted determination region as the localized domain, in the localized domain centered on a remarkable point whose initial position is a point of starting extraction, and in a third process, the remarkable point is determined as the object or not from the threshold determined in the second process, and in the fourth process the median value is updated by adding the result determined in the third process to the resultant data determined and the instruction data.
